Dwayne Menders, Jr. is a standout wide receiver who is from Duquesne University. Menders is 5’11 and has killer speed. Menders would fit in about any team system and are very hard working. Menders would talk about what teams should know about him,
“I am incredibly determined and hard-working. I am willing to put in the extra effort and time needed to improve my skills and become a valuable asset to any team. I am a quick learner and adaptable. I am able to take feedback and adjust my approach to better fit the needs of the team and the situation at hand. I am also willing to take on different roles and responsibilities as needed, whether that means playing a different position or taking on a leadership role. I have a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie. I believe that a team is only as strong as its weakest link, and I am willing to do whatever it takes to support my teammates and help us succeed together. I am a team player through and through, and I believe that my positive attitude and work ethic can make a real difference on and off the field.”
Looking at some stats from Dwayne Mender Jr phenomenal season. Out of 11 games played, the wide receiver would record 55 receptions for 917 yards and 6 touchdowns. The 5’11 wideout would also play on special teams and would strive.
Game film review for offensive snaps.
This wideout is someone who has speed, and great route running. Watching a couple of games, The wideout has great awareness and will make adjustments to his gameplay style based on the coverage. Great at making contested catches. One of the most consistent wideouts based on stats, there are no brakes—Will always keep pushing to be great.
Looking at the special teams, the speedy wideout would be used on returning kicks when needed. Mender’s would have 9 return attempts for 166 yards and an overall average of 18.4 yards a return.
Dwayne Menders Jr would talk about his senior season and would reflect.
“This past season I accomplished all my goals I set prior towards the season. Although at points and times, I can only control what I can control I still manage to come out on top. I thank my coaches and players for keeping my uplifted on a daily basis.”

Whether it’s outside of football, financial side, or how to take care of your body throughout the process. They also made me realize that this sport is not just a game; it’s a way of life for others like myself.”
