At practice I got to show my talents in front of scouts and it went well. I showed I can play outside and inside being a smaller guy. All together I got a chance to be interviewed by eight NFL teams.”

Game film review:
Great speed, A near-perfect release. Rankin is very good at burning the DB early, Very decent at taking off the safety up top. Very explosive and when the ball is in his hands a playmaker!
