Pedro Schmidt the 6’0 195 pound wideout is hungry for an opportunity. The wideout would try out for multiple teams, The wideout would play his college football at the University of Rhode Island and North Dakota.

A couple of tryouts Schmidt would have is with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, and Edmonton Eskimos.

Talking about the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Pedro and I talked about how he is going to prepare for the Tryout and what he is looking forward to. I started off with the question What are you looking forward to in trying out to the Blue Bombers?

The wideout would say “It’ll be the first test to see the results of my training before my pro day and other opportunities.” I followed up with how is he going to prepare for the tryout (s) “My pro day prep working with Tim Cortazzo, owner of fsq sports and Jon Jiancristoforo OSPTA for physical therapy both of those guys have my best interest and I trust them throughout this process.” The wideout responded with. Fans should expect a competitor and a leader.

“A guy looking to make an impact to a club in any way.” Pedro Said.

Moving onto the Elks tryout, we touched base on what he is looking forward to this tryout.

“An opportunity to be noticed and considered for their club” The 6’0 wideout would say.

I followed up with the question what do you bring to the table that other wideouts don’t. Schmidt would say “Experience and being a quick learner.” Every team needs that experience and Schmidt would fit right in, he loves the game.

I asked Schmidt who he looked up to, The wideout would say “I think the story of Adam Thielen and how he came to be is very inspiring.” The story of Adam Thielen is a great story, A diamond in the rough who worked and worked every day to get to the point he was satisfied with.
