Randy Satterfield has been a player who has been under the radar for his whole career. The 6 foot 4-inch 210-pound wide receiver is someone opposing teams should fear. Satterfield would play his college at Lyon College and shine in the 2019 season.


The 2019 season was phenomenal. Randy would perform very well this season, with great numbers across the stat sheet. The 6 foot 4-inch 210-pound wideout would appear in 10 games and would rack up 47 receptions for 867 yards while adding 11 touchdowns. Satterfield would average 4.7 receptions a game; 18.4 yards a catch and 86.7 yards a game on average. The wide receiver played a huge role in Lyon's offense–Satterfield would also perform on special teams and played solid while bringing some electric playability to the special teams.


The special team plays a huge part in football, it sets up the offense for success. Looking at Randy Satterfield special teams stats, the wideout would have 15 kick return attempts and record 475 yards while adding a touchdown. Satterfield has speed and would average 31.7 yards a return which is huge. As a punt returner Randy would shine there as well. On 17 punt return attempts, Satterfield would record 177 yards with a touchdown. Great numbers overall from the Wide receiver.



The United State Football League (USFL) New Jersey Generals picked up Randy Satterfield in round 17 of the 2022 draft. Randy Satterfield would show out in his first action. In the first game of the USFL rebirth, Randy Satterfield was the main focus of the conversation of the game between the New Jersey Generals and Birmingham Stallions. Satterfield would record 5 receptions for 100 yards and his first-ever professional touchdown. The first play of the game was phenomenal, Luis Perez threw a deep ball toward number 81 and Satterfield came down with the ball. The 6’4 wideout would finish the season with 9 receptions for 124 yards and a touchdown.


Satterfield would reflect on the 2022 season.

“The first season was really a learning experience for me. How fast gameplay is, what I can do to improve my body. Basically how to be a professional football player and great things happened for me in the process. I am very grateful.”


“I worked on getting lower in my routes in and out of breaks. Play around with my speed on routes.” Satterfield said with hopes of improving.


“Being a vessel for God really and the NFL for sure I haven’t been and would like to experience that.” The Wide Out would talk about the ultimate goal.




In the present day of 2023, the USFL just started up season 2 and the wideout and the New Jersey Generals are hoping to have one hell of a season.


Randy would talk about what he looking forward to this season.

“I expect us to win a championship and for me to show what I’m really capable of as a wide receiver.”
